How do I avoid double bookings if I also list on other platforms?
Import the iCal link from every platform you sell on, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or Google Calendar, then paste your DaliBook export link back into each of them. DaliBook re-checks your connected calendars every 5 minutes and blocks any night that was booked elsewhere, while your DaliBook bookings are published back for those platforms to pick up on their next refresh. Bookings you enter yourself, such as walk-ins and phone reservations, block availability the moment you save them, so every channel reads from one calendar.

Which countries does DaliBook serve?
Currently, we serve the Philippines with a focus on vacation destinations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We're strategically expanding to additional countries within Southeast Asia with a long-term vision for global reach.
What documents are required to get fully verified?
The list depends on the business type you select. Individuals upload a clear photo of one government-issued ID and a signed MOA. Sole proprietors also upload their DTI registration and BIR Certificate of Registration. Partnerships and corporations also upload their SEC registration and company documents, such as Articles of Partnership or Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and the latest GIS. Onboarding shows the checklist for your business type, so you only upload what applies to you.
How do I complete my biometric identity verification?
Simply take a clear selfie in a well-lit room to complete the process.
How long does the verification process take?
The onboarding team requires 7–14 business days to review and verify your application. After approval, payment providers (banks, GCash, Maya) take an additional 5–7 business days to activate your payment methods. Payments can be accepted once both steps are complete.
How much does DaliBook cost?
DaliBook charges a 12% commission per successful booking, which includes all payment processing fees and platform access. Cross-border card transactions incur an additional 1% fee (total 13%). There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards, along with GCash and Maya. Direct debit from Philippine banks will be available soon.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 12% commission includes everything — platform access, payment processing, security, support, and features. There are no additional fees.
When will I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed weekly every Wednesday. Payments before 5 PM are processed the same day; after 5 PM are processed the next banking day. Card payments take 3 banking days to become eligible and are included in the next Wednesday payout.
How do payment eligibility periods work?
Card payments clear in 3 banking days; e-wallet payments (GCash, Maya) in 2 banking days. Payments before 5 PM are processed the same day — after 5 PM, the next banking day. Banking days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Payouts occur every Wednesday, and eligibility is counted from the processing day, not the payment time.
Can you give me an example of payout timing?
If a guest pays by card on Thursday at 3 PM, it is processed the same day. After 3 banking days, it becomes eligible on Tuesday and is included in Wednesday's payout. If paid at 5:30 PM instead, it is processed the following Friday, becomes eligible the next Wednesday, and is included in that following Wednesday's payout.
How easy is it to integrate DaliBook via widget?
Integration is simple. After verification, you receive an API key and embed code. Most properties can integrate the booking widget within minutes.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes. We offer email support, documentation, training, onboarding assistance, demo calls, and video call support for verified customers.
Will the booking widget look good on phones?
Yes. The booking widget is fully responsive and works smoothly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
