DaliBook is a comprehensive booking and management platform for Philippine vacation properties including resorts, villas, vacation rentals, beach houses, guesthouses, and other short or long term stays. We provide seamless direct booking solutions, payment processing, and management tools to automate your resort operations and enhance guest experiences.
DaliBook is your all-in-one booking system, designed to help you earn more. Make it your main hub for reservations—whether they come from your DaliBook website, in-person visits, or social media DMs. You can also sync seamlessly with platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. By driving more direct bookings through DaliBook, you’ll pay less in platform fees, avoid double bookings, and keep everything organized in one place.
Currently, we serve the Philippines with a focus on vacation destinations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We're strategically expanding to additional countries within Southeast Asia with a long-term vision for global reach.
Onboarding & Verification
We accept one primary ID or three secondary IDs:
Primary IDs:
- Driver's License
- SSS/UMID ID
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Firearm License
- Philippine Passport
- PhilSys National ID or ePhilID
- Foreign passport with Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
Secondary IDs (need 3):
- NBI Clearance
- Police Clearance
- PhilHealth ID
- TIN ID
- Pag-ibig ID (Digitized)
- Postal ID (Digitized)
- Barangay Clearance
- Voter's ID

Sole Proprietor:
- DTI Registration

Partnership:

To accept payments, your resort account activation involves a two-step process. First, the onboarding team requires 7-14 business days to thoroughly review and verify your application. Upon completion, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Subsequently, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for payment providers, such as banks, Gcash, and Maya, to activate your designated payment methods within their respective systems. Payment acceptance will commence once both activation stages are finalized.
Pricing & Payments
Simple, transparent pricing with no hidden fees:
We only charge when you earn money. Our commission is 12% per successful booking, which includes all payment processing fees and platform access.

This covers everything: payment processing, platform access, security, support, dashboard, analytics, and all features.
Note: Cross-border card transactions incur an additional 1% fee, making the total 13% for international payments.

What's included: No monthly/yearly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. You pay only when you earn. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes including 12% VAT
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards, along with popular Filipino e-wallets like GCash and Maya. Direct debit from leading Philippine banks will be available soon.
No hidden fees whatsoever. Our transparent 12% commission model includes everything: platform access, payment processing, security, support, and all features. No monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or surprise charges.
Payouts & Banking
Payouts are processed weekly every Wednesday. Payments made before 5 PM are processed the same day, while payments after 5 PM are processed the next banking day. Card payments take 3 banking days to become eligible, then are included in the next Wednesday payout.
Example: Payment Timeline
Card payment on Thursday 3 PM → Processed same day → Eligible Tuesday → Included in Wednesday payout
Payment eligibility works as follows:
- Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, JCB): Take 3 banking days to become eligible for payout
- E-wallet payments (GCash, Maya): Take 2 banking days to become eligible for payout
- Processing cutoff: Payments made before 5 PM are processed the same day, after 5 PM are processed the next banking day
- Banking days: Monday to Friday only, excluding holidays
- Payout schedule: Every Wednesday for all eligible payments
- Eligibility countdown: Starts from the banking day the payment was processed, not when it was made
If a guest pays by card on Thursday, July 17th at 3 PM, it's processed the same day. After 3 banking days (Friday, Monday, Tuesday), it becomes eligible on Tuesday, July 22nd and is included in Wednesday, July 23rd's payout. However, if the payment was made at 5:30 PM on Thursday, it would be processed Friday, July 18th. After 3 banking days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), it becomes eligible on Wednesday, July 23rd but misses that day's payout cutoff, so it's included in the following Wednesday's payout on July 30th.
Technical & Integration
Integration is simple and straightforward. After account & KYC verification, you'll receive your API key and embed code. Most resorts and vacation rentals can integrate our booking widget into their website within minutes using our provided code snippet.
Yes! We provide Email technical support, comprehensive documentation (on-going), training, and onboarding assistance. Verified customers also get access to full demo calls and video call support for personalized guidance.
Absolutely! The booking widget is designed to be fully responsive, meaning it will automatically adjust and look great whether your customers are booking from their desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. We've made sure it provides a smooth and easy experience on any device.
